North Life is providing the space to slow down, create, worship, and encounter God together. The theme of this special Women's Night will be: The Ripple Effect

WHAT TO EXPECT
The evening will start with prayer and a brief message to help prepare everyone for an evening of creative worship through the expression of painting. Megan will be guiding the evening, so no experience is needed! Structure for painting will be provided for those who may feel intimidated or inexperienced, but personal creative expression for worship is encouraged! This means you are welcome to use Megan's artwork as a reference for your own painting or create a piece completely unrelated!
As we paint, we can be worshipping and honoring God in many different ways. We can be applying prayer between the layers of paint that go on our canvas or meditating on the instructions God has placed on our hearts. We can be lifting His name by singing as the music plays in the background. We can be opening up our hearts with the people around us to share how God is moving in our lives and to be an encouragement to each other. Just as our paintings are going to be loose and flexible, so is our worship.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR THIS EVENT
Start praying about the ripples in your life. What ripples are you causing? What ripples are you receiving? Be quiet and let the Holy Spirit speak to you.
If you are feeling led to create a unique but specific painting, collect some reference pictures ahead of time and bring those with you.
Do not wear your "Sunday best" to this event!
NON-PAINTERS
Non-painters are encouraged to join and enjoy an evening of worshiping in their own unique way! Bring your own artistic project if desired!
Non-painters DO NOT need to register to come to Women's Night.
